INDEMNITY AGREEMENT FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF DEMO EQUIPMENT

1.Definitions & Interpretations
1.1 This Agreement: These terms and conditions and any annexures attached.
1.2 Track Cam Africa Services: The various services provided by Track Cam Africa (Pty) Ltd or its nominee (or both) under this agreement.
1.3 The Customer: The customer as specified in 2.1
1.4 Equipment: The equipment supplied by Track Cam Africa, related units, hardware, and consumables, which may include a SIM card.
1.5 The SIM Card: The Subscriber Identity Model card fitted to Equipment.
1.6 The Vehicle: The Vehicle or Vehicles referred to in the schedule and into which equipment has been installed for use under this agreement.
